OMNIBUS Contract
Omnibus Management Consulting and Professional Services Contract:
ADGA has been awarded three work streams under the Omnibus contract, as
an exclusive supplier of services, to develop and support the Defence Services
Program (DSP) of the Department of National Defence (DND) and Canadian
Forces (CF). The Work Streams are: Program Planning, Business Planning and
Project Management.
Under the Program Planning work stream, we provide independent
and objective review and assessment of client program objectives, and help
with strategic planning and implementation projects involving all or parts
of the complete re-design of business processes, business transformation and
the introduction of new ways of doing business.
Our consulting team provides input and facilitates activities such as:
- Identifying organizational goals and objectives;
- Understanding the organization's current capabilities;
- Developing strategic approaches;
- Producing gap analysis;
- Supporting proposal writing in connection with change management initiatives
and/or decision approval process;
- Applying enterprise architectural framework techniques;
- Analyzing strategic capabilities requirements;
- Producing Defence Management Systems (DMS) decision documentation and
support analysis.
Under the Business Planning work stream, our consultants
work with clients throughout the planning process providing input and facilitating
activities such as:
- Identifying organizational goals and objectives;
- Developing strategies to achieve objectives;
- Recommending innovative organizational structures and approaches;
- Developing actions plans and business plans;
- Developing business cases for new systems;
- Developing risk management and results-based management and accountability
frameworks (RMAF);
- Developing project charters;
- Developing performance management frameworks (PMF) and processes to
evaluate the progress and meet project goals;
- Implementing new organizational structures.
Under the Project Management work stream, the ADGA consulting team works
with clients with project planning activities such as:
- Developing governance Models;
- Developing project plans;
- Developing project cost estimates;
- Undertaking cost/benefit analysis;
- Scheduling;
- Developing management plans;
- Data and document management;
- Reporting;
- Developing a Work Breakdown Structure;
- Controlling functions and providing overall guidance and coordination
of a project.
