Project Management and IV&V
ADGA Group Consultants offers Project Management Support Services to assist our clients in delivering projects/solutions on time and within budget identifying and managing risks, and ensuring consistent, accurate and reliable reporting to senior management. This includes planning activities such as budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and work breakdown structures. We also have extensive experience in establishing and running Project Control offices for Integrated Project Teams which include management processes, document management, planning and scheduling, scope and change control and risk management. We often combine our Project Management services with ADGA's Engineering Services to offer a full lifecycle support across all disciplines.
We also offer Project Management services at the policy and planning level. This work has included the development support of the Enhanced Management Framework for Treasury Board and the Joint Project Team concept for National Defence, re-engineering, management processes, rewriting the IEEE IV&V standard, developing documentation to support Treasury Board submissions, and providing independent reviews of projects, products or processes as part of our IV&V services.
