DESCRIPTION:
Our client requires the services of a
Business Management Team Leader, with the following skills and qualifications:
MANDATORY
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates MUST MEET the following
mandatory criteria in order to qualify for consideration:

Graduation with a degree from a
recognized university with a specialization in accounting, finance, business
administration, commerce or some other specialty relevant to the position.

Experience in financial planning,
budgeting and forecasting within DND / the Federal Government.

Familiar with FMAS, the comptrollership
and a basic knowledge of MASIS.

Experience in developing, maintaining
and reporting on business plans.
-
Knowledge of government financial
methods, policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
-
Knowledge of administrative policies
and practices.
DESIRABLE
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Experience in human resource
management activities.
-
Knowledge of HR methods,
policies and procedures and relevant
legislation.
-
Experience in development
performance measurement metrics, tracking and reporting on
progress.

Experience in supervising
human resources.
