DESCRIPTION:
Our
client requires the services of a Civilian HR Specialist, with a DND
background, to perform the following services:

Follow-up on, and complete,
immediate civilian staffing actions.

Develop a civilian staffing
plan.
-
Develop a set of templates to be
used to initiate various staffing actionsnits.
-
Maintain the existing registry of
files for tracking purpose.
MANDATORY
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates MUST MEET the following mandatory criteria in order to qualify for consideration:
-
Must have experience performing civilian HR staffing, in a National Defence environment.
-
Must be capable of working with civilian HR personnel at all organizational levels.
