System Release Integration and Test Support

Duration of assignment: Long-term (multi-year)

Start date: ASAP

Location: National Capital Region (NCR) (*involves travel within Canada every 6 weeks)

Security clearance: Secret Level II

DESCRIPTION:

Our client requires the services of a System Release Integration and Test Support resource, with the following skills and qualifications:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates MUST MEET the following mandatory criteria in order to qualify for consideration:

Must have a minimum of a university degree in Engineering, software, computer systems, science or information systems.
Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Information Technology, including 5 years within the last 8 in System Engineering.
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in testing and test case review.
Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a Program Manager in the areas of Systems integration, Systems testing, and applications development.
Must have experience developing high-level requirements for use in developing system level models and applications in a team environment, using automated tested tools.
Experience in process frameworks and applicable standards (i.e. ISO / IEC 12207, ISO / IEC 15288, ISO 9001, Personnel Software Process, CMMI).

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in the development of software tools and applications for the Canadian Army.
